PRINCE2 Overview Courses – either half day of full day. Ideal for those wishing an initial exposure and basic understanding of the key principles of PRINCE2’s approach to managing projects. The PRINCE2 Overview course is suitable for a wide audience at all levels is provides a succinct and detailed explanation as to the essentials qualities and processes that underpin PRINCE2.

PRINCE2 Executive Board Courses – half day course specific to those Project Board members of Project Sponsors who need a greater understanding of how the PRINCE2 methodology works and importantly their roles and responsibilities in the process. This overview is designed to educate Executives and Senior Managers on their roles and responsibilities, obligations in order to positively contribute to the project’s success.

PRINCE2 Express Course – 2 day course is a condensed version of the PRINCE2 Foundation Course – the Express course is a detailed explanation of the principles, processes and themes underpinning the PRINCE2 Methodology. Limited use of case studies assist in providing ‘real life’ examples on how the methodology can be applied in a organisation. Note – there is no exam for the Express course and therefore is ideal for those wishing to obtain a detailed understanding of the methodology without the requirement for assessment.

PRINCE2 Foundation Course – 3 day course – is the traditional entry level course to in which to obtain a detailed understanding of the essential elements contained within the PRINCE2 methodology. A 1 hour multiple choice PRINCE2 exam concludes the course where a student’s factual knowledge and understanding of all 7 principles, 7 themes and 7 processes will be examined. The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification represents the minimum formal standard and recognition of an individual’s understanding of the methodology. Successful candidates will be registered on an international database – governed by APMG-Australasia.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Course – is a 2 day PRINCE2 course required students to apply their factual understanding gained from the Foundation course to a scenario based exam. The PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification represents the “gold” standard in project management in the PRINCE2 space. The course is ideal for active project managers and consultants wishing to obtain the Practitioner qualification. Prerequisite to attend the course is a current pass in the Foundation qualification.
